Your Instructor: Val
Val is the heart, humor, and powerhouse energy behind PilaFlex. With years of experience teaching group fitness, Pilates, Barre, Cycle, and more, she’s helped studios grow their communities, elevate their classes, and create spaces where people genuinely feel excited to move.
After supporting other brands for years, Val realized it was time to build something of her own, a place led with heart, purpose, and a deep passion for helping people feel stronger, happier, and more confident in their bodies.
A place where there are absolutely zero dull moments, and where everyone is welcomed exactly as they are.
Her mission is simple: help every person who walks in feel empowered, included, and cared for. No pressure. No ego. Just real people moving, growing, laughing, and building a community together.
Whether she’s teaching Pilates, Barre, or cycling her heart out, Val’s focus is always the same, creating movement that feels good for your body and a space that feels good for your soul.

Your Instructor: Erika
Erika brings a warm, intentional approach to movement that blends wellness, strength, and genuine connection.
With a background in physical therapy, personal training, and nutrition coaching, Erika is passionate about helping people feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies. Her classes emphasize mindful strength, proper movement, and workouts that feel empowering and sustainable, never intimidating.
Outside the studio, Erika is a proud dog mom to five dogs and loves staying active through strength training, MMA, and dance. Her diverse movement background allows her to bring thoughtful, well-rounded programming to every class she teaches.
At PilaFlex, Erika’s goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels encouraged to move with purpose, trust their bodies, and leave class feeling energized, strong, and truly cared for.
Your Instructor: Allison
Say hello to our newest Cycle instructor, Allison!
Allison brings big energy, good vibes, and a whole lot of heart to every ride. Her classes are equal parts sweat session and celebration, with playlists that go from high-energy EDM to feel-good throwbacks, basically anything that makes you want to move.
She keeps her rides welcoming for every level, first-time clip-in or hundredth ride, you’ll feel right at home. Expect beat-driven intervals, moments to push, moments to breathe, and a little reminder from Allison of just how amazing and powerful you truly are.
When she’s not in the studio, Allison is planning her next adventure, hitting the trails for a hike, or working from home with her two mischievous Australian shepherds, they’re the best coworkers she could ask for, and yes, she talks to them constantly. A self-proclaimed terrible cook, she’s lucky to have a fiancé who handles most of the kitchen magic. Currently living her engaged era, she’s all about celebrating life, love, and movement wherever she goes.
Allison believes moving your body should feel like a gift, not a punishment. She’s here to cheer you on, help you crush those hills, and create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, sweat, smile, and maybe even dance a little along the way.
